Website

The website must be at the root of its domain, not in a sub-folder.

Database

Create a MySQL database and user in cPanel › MySQL Databases, then add the user to the database with All Privileges. An existing PrenHost database works too; its content is kept.

On cPanel it starts with your account name, e.g. prenhost_site.

Admin account

You’ll sign in to the admin panel with these details.

At least 12 characters.
www.new.prenhost.com/
Letters, numbers and dashes. Keep it private: /admin is hidden.

WHMCS pricesOptional

Keeps plan and domain prices in sync with WHMCS. In WHMCS › System Settings › API Credentials, create a role that allows only GetProducts, GetTLDPricing and GetCurrencies, and allow this server’s IP under API IP Access Restriction.

Takes about 10–30 seconds.
